Any image in the gallery can be sent as an e-card, here's how :

When you're inside an album click on a thumbnail to bring up the image.

Across the top there are a number of icons, click on the little envelope and that's it, send away.
Please note that the postcard service is private and doesn't collect email addresses for any purpose.
